No problemo. Most of our customers aren't home for delivery. We'll leave it at your door (or you can make a note to have us leave tucked away somewhere or at a back or side door).
Depending on what's inside, orders may contain dry ice or ice packs to help keep everything cool, and frozen items will come packed with dry ice to make sure everything stays at the proper temperatures.
If you're not home for your delivery time, we can try to accommodate special delivery instructions to help keep your goods fresh. Some folks have a special place where we can leave the order to keep it shaded or protected from the elements. Let us know and we're happy to figure out something that works!
