Produce box subscriptions become customizable on Fridays once our weekly market resets with our new weekly features and produce (we’ll send you an email when it’s ready!). Subscriptions to non-produce items can be customized at any time before your order locks, at 4pm the day before your delivery. Just a note that some non-produce items will have a shorter deadline of 12pm the day before your delivery (things like bakery items, fresh juices). They’ll be clearly marked on the product page!
1. View & edit your produce box contents
We'll send you an email when your produce box subscription has been populated with selections for the week. At this point, you can easily add, remove, and change the quantities of produce items in your box with our handy box builder. To access the box builder, visit your cart and click "Customize" on your produce box. Your produce box can be customized (and you can shop other items from the market) anytime up until 4pm the day before your delivery.
2. Find the produce you want
You can easily view, filter, and search all available fruit, vegetables, and herbs to find the items you need for your box. Only want to see local options? There’s a filter for that!
3. Size up or add more
Need more veggies some weeks than others? At any time during box customization, you can change your box size to accommodate the amount of produce you need. The best part? If you size up, any customizations you’ve made can be carried over to your new box! Updating your box size will apply to future deliveries, too, so make sure you change it back the next time if you need to.
Looking to add just a few extras? No problem! If you add anything that goes over the box value, we’ll give you a heads-up and just charge for the extra goodies.
4. Fill it up to save your changes
When customizing your box, make sure you’ve used up all of the space available before leaving the page. Your customizations will not be saved until your box is full, so make sure the purple bar is full before leaving the page!
5. Manage your dislikes
Let us know what not to put in your box so we can stick to the things you love! Visit My Account > Produce Dislikes to select up to 15 produce items you don't want to receive, and those items will never appear when your box contents go live. The coolest part? You've got full control, so you can still add items from your dislikes on an as-needed basis when customizing.
