You bet. We work with a few local cattle farmers who are exceeding animal welfare standards and offering some of the best locally-raised grass-fed beef we can find. To be clear, while these cattle are grass-fed they are grain-finished to substitute for the months of the year when access to pasture is not possible.
All of the cattle are born and raised in low-stress environments on the farms we work with. They’re raised in herds, and always free of added hormones and antibiotics. We also offer 100% traceability from gate to plate!
