We will always source local-first. If there is no local option available, we'll reach further afield both to improve variety and fill out our selection (think avocado and bananas), and also to provide consistency throughout the winter months (this actually helps us further support our local farmers by keeping us viable through the winter!).
Because of the hyper-fresh nature of even our imported produce, the source origin is not always confirmed at the time we order. So, from time to time, some products may arrive at our warehouse from multiple origins. Our team is committed to limiting multi-origin produce items whenever possible and clearly labelling product origin on the product tiles to be transparent and to help you make informed choices.
