It's basically up to you (& where you're located). Most of our members are eligable to receive more than one delivery per week, with many Toronto dwellers having access to deliveries up to 7 days each week!
Your potential delivery days are determined by where you live, and during the signup process we'll let you know which delivery days are available to you. If we deliver on more than one day in your neighbourhood, you can opt for multiple deliveries each week.
