Whether you’re stocking up for a cottage trip or want a box of fresh groceries ready and waiting when you return from a weekend away, it’s easy to get your order on a different day to fit your schedule!
By the way, you can also add a one-time order anytime to complement your regular subscription schedule! Stock up mid-week on fresh cut-to-order meat, an extra loaf of bread, fresh salads, or whatever you need.

If you have a produce box subscription, follow these easy steps. If you don't, skip to step 2!
1. Skip your usual delivery day.
Keep your ongoing subscription(s) intact, and you can resume whenever you’re ready! You can skip a delivery up to 90 days in advance and up until 10 AM on the day before. No more than a total of 25 days can be skipped.

2. Add a one-time order.
Heading out on a Friday? Get a delivery a bit earlier in the week to stock up. Getting back from vacation on a Monday? Let us do the shopping with a convenient delivery the day you return! Forgot to order bread this week? We’ve got your back. Here’s how to make it happen:
- Find your available delivery days:
Log in and click on the date you see in the top right hand corner of your screen. A menu will pop up showing you your week ahead at a glance, including all available delivery days in your zone (please note, in order to be as fuel-efficient as possible, we deliver in some zones every day, some a few days a week, and some once a week: this list will tell you exactly which days we’re in your hood). - Shop your one-time order:
Simply click on the + beside the day you want a new, one-time delivery, and shop by clicking “+Add” under the products you want to receive that day.
3. Manage Your Upcoming Orders
If you need to check in on what you have coming in the week ahead, visit My Account> Upcoming Orders to view what’s in your box or boxes for the week ahead. Add items or edit your cart anytime up until 10am the day before your scheduled delivery.

Ps. Looking to permanently move your subscription to a different day? Choose a new delivery day from the dropdown menu in the top right hand corner of your screen. Add all of your desired subscription items to the new day, and make sure you remove your subscriptions from the old day. You can see all of your active subscriptions at a glance anytime on your Subscriptions page!
