Going away? No problem (...can we come?!).
Whether you're heading off on an exciting adventure or simply changing things up during the week, our product subscriptions are super flexible and allow you to easily skip deliveries as often as you like (with no limits!) from within your account.
Remember that any changes to your order must happen before your order locks at 10 am the day before your delivery in order for those changes to take effect!
Here's how to do it:
1. Simply click into your account from the account icon at the top right-hand corner of your screen:
2. Then select "Skip a delivery" from the menu that appears on the left:
3. From here, select the dates you need to skip on the calendar, any dates in red mean we won't deliver to you.
A few notes:
- You're only able to plan 3 months in advance at a time. If you need to make a more permanent change to your deliveries, you can manage your subscriptions within the subscriptions section of your account.
- Heads up! while there's no cap to the number of deliveries you're able to skip in a given year, you can only have 25 days skipped at a time. Again, if you need to make a more permanent change to your subscription, those can be managed within the subscriptions section of your account.
- BUT! Remember that you only need to skip dates for which you have existing planned subscriptions (so not all days of the week, or even all days that are available for delivery in your area).
- So, let's say you're going to travel the world for the month of August, and you currently have a produce box subscription that comes on Tuesdays and a bi-weekly meat subscription on Saturdays.
- You'll only need to skip Tuesdays and every second Saturday based on your current delivery schedule (this can be seen within the drop-down date icon at the top right of your screen) in order to avoid receiving a delivery while you're away. Example below:
If you make a mistake, or your plans change, you can unskip dates at any time (up until 10 am the day before) by clicking on the date to turn it back to white and re-open it for your regularly scheduled delivery.
