1. Greater flexibility with deliveries

We've added new delivery days to many delivery zones, including 7-day delivery in many Toronto neighbourhoods, and along with more delivery days comes a lot more flexibility for your orders.

What does this mean exactly? If you live in a multi-day delivery zone, you can now:

• Choose your subscription delivery day
  • You can receive your subscription(s) on any day(s) that are available in your zone
  • How? Add your subscription items to the day of the week that you would like to receive them on, and remove those items from your old delivery day.
• Get more than one order per week
  • Add a second order (or third, fourth, or more!) anytime you want another delivery
    • As long as you shop your order up to the delivery minimum ($30 before taxes and fees) by 10am the day before, we'll deliver!
  • Newsflash: The order minimum is now $30 on ANYTHING, not just produce! So you can stock up on fresh-made salads, fresh cut-to-order meat, fresh-baked bread, or anything else you need throughout the week.
  • Your additional order does not have to include a subscription! One-off orders can now be added on an as-needed basis, when and how you need them.
• Choose your time slot (selected delivery zones only)
  • If you live in a time slot delivery zone, you can choose a morning, afternoon, or evening spot to better control when we will make your delivery
  • Note: there is a fee of $3.50 for time slot selection, but Earth Perks Annual members get this perk for free!

How to see your new delivery days: Log in and look at the top right corner of your screen for a dropdown that will show you all of the possible delivery days in your zone for the week ahead! You can also find out whether your delivery zone includes time slots here.

 

2. Build subscriptions that work for you

Whether you live in a multi-day or single day delivery zone, the sky's the limit when it comes to building subscriptions that work for your lifestyle!

In the upgraded Mama Earth, you can choose to subscribe to produce boxes or individual grocery items on a weekly, biweekly, every third week, or every fourth week basis.

You can also combine multiple subscriptions for the perfect setup! For example, you could get...

• Weekly: customizable produce box, soy milk*, eggs*, bread*, cold-pressed juices
• Biweekly (every other week): oats, lentils, pasta, coffee beans*
• Every 3rd week: Frozen prepared meals, snacks, cereal
• Every 4th week: olive oil, canned goods, zero-waste bulk goods
• As Needed: Get a one-off order whenever you'd like! We suggest adding some of our freshest items on an as-needed basis.
